We have perfected the data collection module of the STAIN+ suite to create the verticalised PRD+ for moulding, to manage the specific aspects of the industry:
- Production control with multi-cavity moulds, with the possibility of linking different items/orders to each cavity.
- Template management
- Interconnection of presses with EUROMAP 63 or EUROMAP 77 (OPC-UA) protocol for receiving and sending templates.
- Acquisition and archiving of process parameters for each shot.
- Management of matrix/mould lifetime and maintenance operations on moulds in machinery and in the workshop.
- Tracking of raw material batches used.
