We have perfected the data collection module of the STAIN+ suite to create the verticalised PRD+ for MACHINE SHOPS, to manage the specific aspects of the industry, namely:
- Interconnection of latest-generation PLC/CNC machines with various protocols to capture machine PLC/CNC data directly.
- Capture times and parts from older machines or machines not being interconnected, using SIEMENS PLC technology with PROFINET header for installation on every machine to exchange information with the machine controller via 24V DC digital Inputs/Outputs.
- Dual pallet machine management with possibility of configuring different items/orders for each pallet placement.
- Multi-pallet machine management with configurable pallet carousel for counting times and parts in unstaffed processes, night time included.
- View the design of parts in real time on a PC in the field.
