We have perfected the data collection module of the STAIN+ suite to create the verticalised PRD+ for die-casting, to manage the specific aspects of the industry:
- Production control with multi-cavity moulds, with the possibility of linking different items/orders to each cavity.
- Management of technical press setup sheets
- Interconnection of presses with OPC-UA protocol for receiving and sending templates and capturing and archiving process parameters for each shot.
- Management of matrix/mould lifetime and maintenance operations on moulds on machinery and in the workshop.
- Control of smelting furnaces with calculation of furnace yield and tracking of charged material and drawn alloys.
