Energy Consumption is the module in the STAIN+ suite that allows to acquire, transmit and analyze consumption in real time through a single platform.

• Real-time capture from machines the consumption of electricity and/or gas in addition to workpieces and times produced.
• Association of consumption to a machine, date/shift, article, production order.  
• Detailed analysis of consumption by article/machine/date/shift.  
• Possibility of creating pivot diagrams for immediate graphical display of consumption trends with multiple aggregators.

• PREREQUISITE. The CNS+ requires the installation of the PRD+

• A single platform to acquire production and consumption data.
• Possibility of sending consumption data in real time to energy optimisation software normally installed in factories.
