THE VERTICALIZED MODULE FOR THE TAP AND VALVE INDUSTRY is designed to control the entire production cycle: from when the bar is fed up to the cutters, from multi-spindle lathes to brass/aluminium hot moulding, from treatment systems to CNC transfer machining. Very important is the identification of each containment unit (bin, box, pallet), real-time visibility of WIP inventory of each phase and the tracking of processing undergone by parts forming each CU. Equally important is the management and monitoring of field operator auto-test activities to ensure compliance of parts and prevent waste. Special care is taken in designing the standard module for the calculation and management of all direct and indirect activities of operators.
