THE VERTICALIZED MODULE FOR PLASTIC MATERIAL/RUBBER MOULDING is specifically designed to manage presses and moulds. It can be used to manage multi-cavity moulds to configure all items to be produced for each shot, record the lifetime of moulds and matrices, the moulding campaigns of each mould and maintenance activities, during processing and after disassembly, maintain the moulding equipment perfectly efficient and calculate the relevant costs. Under INDUSTRIA 4.0, protocols (EUROMAP 63, EUROMAP 77, OPC-UA, ALLEANTIA for CISCO IOx) have been developed to interconnect ARBURG, ENGEL, MAICO, NEGRI&BOSSI, KRAUSS MAFFEI, TOYO, and other presses. In addition to moulding, the verticalized module also controls selection, finishing and automatic assembly line systems. A specific function manages and track the manual activities of direct and indirect operators on various workstations.
