We have installed the STAIN+ suite for the food & beverage industry to monitor very highly productive plants, such as the chocolate forming or finished product packaging lines, by automatically feeding quantities produced to the management system for each production order and calculating the KPIs of each section of the production line. With the Stain MES modules for production, we have interconnected forming and final packaging lines to capture the causes of shutdown directly and meet the INDUSTRY 4.0 interconnection requirements.
